You will drive operational excellence across Lemonway as an Strategic Project Manager Junior. This includes identifying and implementing process improvements, optimizing resources, and ensuring that our operations are aligned with our strategic goals in the paytech and payments industry. You will also play a key role in our continuous improvement initiatives, helping us to identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies.

Here are some of the critical responsibilities of the Strategic Project Manager Junior position:

  • Lead and manage projects to improve processes in compliance, KYC, partnerships, new payment methods, and geographical expansion.
  • Develop and document operational guidelines for critical initiatives.
  • Coordinate and assist in preparing operational plans for new project launches.
  • Handle and address issues raised by customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritise and manage business requests effectively.
  • Work closely with Product and Tech teams to understand the impacts of various processes and contribute to their optimisation.
  • Align operational activities with Lemonway's strategic goals, ensuring cohesive progress.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Facilitate effective communication across different teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify trends and areas for operational enhancement.
  • Provide support and assistance to the Lead Program Manager in various project

Job requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a top-tier consulting firm or as a project manager in a startup environment. Experience in the payments or Fintech sector is highly valued but not mandatory
  • Education: Master’s degree or equivalent from a top-tier Business

    Analytical Thinker: Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving, particularly in project management

    Communication and Structuring Skills: Skilled in structuring, synthesising, and formalising complex information.

    Project and Stakeholder Management: Proven experience as a project manager, capable of breaking silos and coordinating cross-team initiatives. Expertise in planning and leading initiatives.

    Efficiency and Adaptability: Ability to quickly understand new topics, navigate complex environments, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.

    Conscientious: Strong attention to detail in both execution and follow-up of tasks.

    Languages: Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
