Lemonway puts payments expertise as the core knowledge for its business. The Payments team plays a central role in this culture. You will have the opportunity to join a very motivated and passionate Team and work on all Fraud & Litigation processes by working closely with other teams (Legal, Compliance, Sales, Tech, etc). This position will give you the chance to contribute to our growth and will bring you a strong experience in fraud, chargeback over all payment methods.
Responsibilities :
- Daily reconciliation of chargeback or unpaid transactions and first recovering action plan
- Support any customer inquiries related to chargeback claims or dispute and share constructive feedback (ticket solving level 1)
- Process alerts received from banks and PSPs related to compliance hit or suspicious fraud.
- Manage the anti-fraud PSPs Back-offices settings and contribute to the rules’ definition with the Team Lead.
- Carry out a posteriori analyses in cases of High Fraud rate or High chargeback rate and recommend new weighted anti-fraud rules.
- Manage client transaction thresholds and suspicious activity triggers.
- Create predictive analytics to solve and prevent complex dispute problems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes (internal detection of fraudulent transactions) and product.
- Prepare the monthly card reporting: fraud rate and chargeback rate.
- Prepare fraud & litigation related KPIs.
- Redact and update Fraud & Litigation operating mode.

● You know about new payment regulation rules,
● Operational level of English and French are imperative.
● Mastery of the Pack Office.
Experience
● You have a Master 2 in Economic or Finance
● You have a first experience, 1 to 2 years in Payments, Cash management or Financial Security in a Bank or in a PSP.
You have an appetite for payment ecosystem and willing to work in a dynamic environment.
