As part of the Solution Delivery & Implementation team, and reporting to the Team Lead, the Senior Client Implementation Manager’s is responsible of complex implementation of Lemonway’s solutions for strategic customers from the kick-off to first transactions.


Responsibilities

  • As main point of contact you will lead complex implementation of Lemonway’s products, from contract signature by the Sales team to the actual use of our solutions, following existing processes
  • Be responsible of our top strategic customers implementation with complex payments schemes
  • Understand the customer complexity and business value to design their payment strategy, architecture and end-users journey and align the right external and internal stakeholders
  • Support the payment transformation of our strategic customers by following their API integration, advising on the payment processes and our regulatory rules
  • Collaborate with the product team on pilot implementation, document new implementation processes and communicate product / tech feedbacks from customers
  • Work with our sales team to create customized and modular offers to address our customers payment complexity.

Pré-requis du poste

The ideal candidate for this role will be client-oriented, techie and payment expert with excellent communication and analytical skills.

  • Mastery of office automation tools
  • Fluent in German, English and French; other European languages (Italian, Spanish) are a plus.
  • Job based in Paris or German (office currently being opened)

Experience

  • At least 5 years experience in a customer facing and project management role, ideally in a Fintech company
  • Previous experience in the payment, banking or finance industry, using API’s is a big plus!
  • Master in (International) Business Management/Project Management.
